EVGA Teases New Graphics Card Cooler
EVGA teased a new graphics card cooling solution it's working on. A picture showing its shroud in great detail, and possibly the company's color choices with its design, was posted on Instagram by Team EVGA, revealing a dual-slot cooler with a shroud that apes the carbon fiber pattern, a red secondary heatsink (to cool memory and VRM), and a split aluminium fin-stack primary heatsink, to which heat is fed by heat pipes. EVGA could deploy this cooler on some of its upcoming graphics cards. Given that we don't know what the GTX 780 Ti Classified from the company looks like this cooler may have found its launchpad.

Hawaii-based Dual-GPU Graphics Card Codenamed "Vesuvius"
AMD is serious about putting two 6.2 billion-transistor "Hawaii" GPUs onto a single board, in a future dual-GPU graphics card it reportedly codenamed "Vesuvius," after the famous volcanic peak just off the coast of Naples. The card will feature two "Hawaii" GPUs with core configurations that are unknown at this point, but the source suggests it's in the maxed out "XT" configuration. AMD could, of course tinker with clock speeds, compared to the GHz-range Radeon R9 290X. We can't even imagine how AMD will handle power and thermals, given how its handling of the two on the R9 290X has been less than exemplary.

NVIDIA Working on a GeForce GTX TITAN Refresh?
The GeForce GTX 780 Ti may be the fastest single-GPU graphics card that money can buy, by a long shot, but only to people who game and don't really care about double-precision floating point GPGPU performance. NVIDIA expects you to shell out $999 on the GTX TITAN for full double-precision FP performance at the moment. For all other intents and purposes, the GTX TITAN is cannibalized, but will it stay that way? VideoCardz spotted these pictures of a black-colored GTX TITAN graphics card in the wild, which retains the cooler design of the original, right up to the "TITAN" logo, but swaps out the silver for black. The publication is referring to the card as a sort of "Black Edition." Speculation is rife about what it could be, a GK110-based card with identical core-configuration to the GTX 780 Ti, 6 GB of memory, full double-precision floating-point performance and slightly higher clock speeds, perhaps?

I-O Data Rolls Out AD221PEB 21.5-inch PoE-ready Monitor
I-O Data rolled out the AD221PEB, a 21.5-inch monitor that's ready for PoE (power over Ethernet), letting you use a common plug for network connectivity, and enough power to meet its under-60 Watt draw. PoE is gaining popularity in enterprise environments, where companies are deploying large AC-to-DC power supply to power several computers, in comparison to fitting each one with a PSU of its own, thereby cumulatively increasing switching efficiency, by directly supplying DC power, and using DC-to-DC switching on the clients' ends. The sub-60W power draws of modern flat-screen monitors, and usually sub-100W power draws of business desktops are driving the adoption of PoE.
The AD221PEB, as a monitor, offers a display resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it uses a TFT LCD panel with viewing angles of 160°/170°. Other vitals include 5 ms response time, 250 cd/m² maximum brightness, and dynamic mega-contrast. Measuring 507 mm x 178 mm x 390 mm (WxDxH), the display weighs about 3.5 kg. Display inputs include DVI, and D-Sub. The monitor integrates 2W stereo speakers, which take input from a common 3.5 mm stereo jack. Its stand offers basic tilt adjustments. Slated for early December, the I-O Data AD221PEB is expected to be priced in Japan at ¥47,800.
