Apple cuts price on 13'' Retina MacBook Pro, other laptops The words "Apple" and "price cut" are seldom found together in the same sentence. Intel confirms plans for TV service We've been hearing rumors about an Internet TV service from Intel for... well, almost a year now. Turns out the rumors are true. As AllThingsD reports, Intel Media Corporate VP Erik Huggers confirmed Intel's plans during an interview at the Dive Into Media conference this week. Huggers went into a surprising amount of detail, teasing not just an IPTV service, but also a custom set-top box: According to Huggers, Intel wants its service to incorporate "literally everything," including live programming, on-demand content, "catch-up TV," and apps.
