New Adobe Flash Zero-Day Used in Pawn Storm Campaign
Security researchers at Trend Micro put out a warning today that attackers are exploiting a vulnerability in fully patched versions of Adobe Flash Player. So far only government agencies are being targeted.

Trend Micro researchers have discovered that the attackers behind Pawn Storm, the long-running cyber-espionage campaign, are using an Adobe Flash zero-day exploit code for their attacks. The particular affected vulnerability is still unpatched, making Flash users vulnerable to attacks.

Intel Beats Earnings And Sales Estimates
Even with weak PC sales, Intel still managed to beat Wall Street expectations with revenue of $14.5 billion and earnings of $0.64 per share.

Intel Corp reported better-than-expected quarterly profit and revenue as strong performance in its data center and Internet-of-Things businesses more than made up for continued weak demand for its chips used in personal computers. Shares of the world's largest chipmaker rose marginally in after-market trading on Tuesday.

Sandisk In Buyout Talks With Micron And Western Digital
According to the rumor mill, Western Digital and Micron are interested in buying Sandisk.

Micron and Western Digital Corp are in talks with chipmaker Sandisk Corp (SNDK.O) about a possible acquisition, Bloomberg reported. Sandisk has hired a bank to explore a potential sale, Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.

While NVIDIA's CEO worked his way up the list this year, it would seem Amazon's CEO was busy heading the other direction.

Jeff Bezos, Amazon's founder, has slipped from first to 87th in a ranking of the world's best chief executives, after the technology company's performance on environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors was taken into account. Mr Bezos would have led the Harvard Business Review ranking of best-performing corporate leaders judged on purely financial measures, as he did in 2014.
