Update On PC Version Of Batman: Arkham Knight
Rocksteady has released a list of things they are working on in an attempt to get Batman: Arkham Knight to a playable state.

Below is the list of the key areas where we are dedicating our resources to improve the experience for our loyal fans:
Support for frame rates above 30FPS in the graphics settings menu
Fix for low resolution texture bug
Improve overall performance and framerate hitches
Add more options to the graphics settings menu
Improvements to hard drive streaming and hitches
Address full screen rendering bug on gaming laptop
Improvements to system memory and VRAM usage
NVIDIA SLI bug fixes
Enabling AMD Crossfire
NVIDIA and AMD updated drivers
While we work on improving performance, we will also continue to make interim patches available to address issues for those still playing the game on PC. The first patch is being released now and the updates include:
Fixed a crash that was happening for some users when exiting the game
Fixed a bug which disabled rain effects and ambient occlusion. We are actively looking into fixing other bugs to improve this further
Corrected an issue that was causing Steam to re-download the game when verifying the integrity of the game cache through the Steam client
Fixed a bug that caused the game to crash when turning off Motion Blur in BmSystemSettings.ini. A future patch will enable this in the graphics settings menu
We would like to thank our fans for their patience and invaluable feedback. We will continue to monitor and listen for any additional issues.

Google's Chatbot Debates The Meaning of Life
The meaning of life? I have a better question...why is Google working on a chatbot that debates the meaning of life? How is that useful to Google? Wait....uh oh.

Google detailed its project earlier this month in a research paper published to Arxiv, a popular repository for academic research. Other "chatbots" can carry on (somewhat) reasonable conversations with humans. But this one is a little different. There wasn't a team of software engineers who meticulously coded the bot to respond to certain questions in certain ways.

The Tech Industry Is In Denial
The tech industry is in denial? What gave it away? Was it all these insane multi-billion dollar valuations of companies that don't even have a product? Start-ups burning though millions and millions of dollars without anything to show for it? Companies rich with investor cash, filing for IPOs, when they haven't turned a profit yet? I don't see a problem.

Euphoric reaction to superstar tech businesses is rampant — so much so that the tech industry is in denial about looming threats. The tech industry is in a bubble, and there are sufficient indicators for those willing to open their eyes. Rearing unicorns, however, is a distracting fascination.

Borderlands Is The Key To A Happy Relationship
I don't know how I missed this awesome article but I think I'm in love. Please feel free to forward this to your significant others.

Between our Borderlands success and my stint as a Frag Doll Cadette for Ubisoft, I became a more confident player. I ventured into Battlefield 3 and found that Evan and I made a great team — him piloting a helicopter, me keeping said helicopter afloat with my engineer's blowtorch.

NASA Explains Why June 30 Will Get Extra Second
Oh hell yes! An extra second? I am totally sleeping in on Tuesday!

The day will officially be a bit longer than usual on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, because an extra second, or "leap" second, will be added. "Earth's rotation is gradually slowing down a bit, so leap seconds are a way to account for that," said Daniel MacMillan of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Disney World Theme Parks Banning Selfie Sticks
If we could just start banning people from Disney World, that would help a lot too. What?!? Not regular people, just the dumb ones.

"We strive to provide a great experience for the entire family, and unfortunately selfie-sticks have become a growing safety concern for both our guests and cast," Disney World spokeswoman Kim Prunty said.

US Tech Companies Still Not Doing Enough To Help Police And Spies
I don't know what the hell these guys are talking about, tech companies are already cooperating too much as it is.

US tech companies are not doing enough to help UK police and intelligence agencies by handing over their customers' data and communications, according to a government expert. A report by Nigel Sheinwald, the Prime Minister's 'special envoy on intelligence and law enforcement data sharing' said that UK law enforcement still struggles to get access to information it requires.

Big Phones Don't Fit In Fallout 4 Wearable Pip-Boy
It looks like the Bethesda Blog has been updated with information on phone size limitations for the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition.

We have new information on the phones compatible with the Pip-Boy Edition. The Pip-Boy included will have foam inserts that fit iPhone 6, iPhone 5/5s, iPhone 4/4S, Samsung Galaxy 5, and Samsung Galaxy 4. In addition, using the customizable foam insert you should be able to fit most other popular smartphone devices. As we wanted to stay faithful to the dimensions of the in-game model, any smartphones larger than the models listed will not fit inside the wearable device. For these larger devices, our Pip-Boy companion app will still be available.

GeForce Hotfix Driver 353.38
If you are GeForce owner experiencing issues with Chrome crashes/freezes/TDRs or delays when starting or switching apps & games with GSYNC enabled, you'll want to grab the new GeForce Hotfix Driver 353.38

The GeForce Hotfix driver is our way to trying to get some of these fixes out to you more quickly. These drivers are basically the same as the previous released version, with a small number of additional targeted fixes. The fixes that make it in are based in part on your feedback in the Driver Feedback threads and partly on how realistic it is for us to quickly address them. These fixes (and many more) will be incorporated into the next official driver release, at which time the Hotfix driver will be taken down.

Corsair Hydro Series H80i GT
If you need something to cool down that burning hot overclocked processor in your box, I recommend heading over to techPowerUP! and read their review of the Corsair Hydro Series H80i GT.

Corsair revamped the Hydro Series of all-in-one liquid CPU coolers once again with the H80i GT. This new design takes the thick 120 mm radiator design a step further with an ultra-thick radiator. Add in a new look, full Corsair Link support, and exceptional performance, and it is another top AIO from Corsair.
