Kingston Digital Ships M.2 SATA SSDs
•M.2 2280 SATA SSD for New Notebook Platforms, Small-Form Factor Devices and Z97 Motherboards

•Advanced Garbage Collection, Power Management for Optimal Performance

COMPUTEX TAIPEI & Fountain Valley, CA – June 4, 2014 − Kingston Digital, Inc., the Flash memory affiliate of Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the independent world leader in memory products, today announced a new M.2 2280 SATA SSD. Shipping next week, the new 22mm x 80mm dimension provides a thin, caseless and compact form factor ideal for new notebook platforms such as Ultrabooks™, smaller design embedded systems, ultra-thin computing devices and motherboards that support the recently released Intel® Z97 chipset.

M.2 2280 SATA SSD features advanced garbage collection, wear leveling and TRIM support to keep drive performance consistent over the life of the drive. SATA DevSleep™ allows efficient power management and minimal power consumption while also allowing devices to stay on and connected without necessarily reducing battery life. M.2 2280 SSD also features firmware-based power-loss protection to maintain data integrity in case of unexpected power loss or unsafe shutdown.

“We are proud to release the new M.2 form factor to the channel for both consumer and corporate customers upgrading their systems, as well as the system builder community when designing new embedded applications,” said Ariel Perez, SSD business manager, Kingston®. “This is an exciting follow-up to our previously released OEM-only M.2 2260 SATA SSD used in certain models of the ASUS Zenbook™.”

M.2 2280 SATA SSD ships initially in the 120GB capacity with 240GB and 480GB to follow in Q3. It is backed by a three-year warranty, free technical support and legendary Kingston reliability.

Tt eSPORTS Level 10 M Hybrid Gaming Mouse
With the next revision of the Level 10 M Mouse, we are getting a Hybrid model which works both wired and wireless, a solid aluminum body and optimized shape for additional comfort, at the expense of two extra programmable buttons on the right side. The included software is at the same level of customization as with other high-end mice, the only section which needs a bit of improvement being the LED lighting settings. Sentey Revolution Pro Gaming Mouse
Up for review today I have a gaming mouse from Sentey called the Revolution Pro and it is a very feature rich product. The mouse can be adjusted from 200dpi up to 8200dpi and you can even create your own macros and save them to five different profiles that you can create. Sentey includes configuration software that you can use to gain access to all of the features of the Revolution Pro but you don’t have to use as there are defaults pre-programmed into the mouse that you can use. Sentey also included a very nice and protective carrying case with the Revolution Pro along with some gamer related swag to brighten up your living space. dragonsteelmods.com

Pittasoft BlackVue Sport SC500 Action Camera
If you happen to love extreme sports and you want to keep a visual recording of your stunts or if you just like to record your outdoor activities or even your road trips then your best and perhaps most valid course of action is to make use of a good action camera. Up until four to five years ago this market was quite smaller and thus you could only choose between the two well-known and established manufacturers namely GoPro and Contour. Today things have changed and so in the market one can find a large number of Full HD 1080p action cameras with a wide range of features from many manufacturers. Pittasoft has been manufacturing car dash cameras for many years now with great success so it was only a matter of time before they also turned their attention towards the design and manufacture of action cameras. nikktech.com
