Sony Faces Jittery Shareholders After Cyberattack
Sony's CEO is clearly still in denial. How Stringer can say that Sony's brand perception is "improving" is beyond me, I honestly can't remember a time when the company's reputation has been worse than it is now.

Stringer said at an annual shareholders meeting held at a Tokyo hotel that as many as 90 percent of subscribers have come back since the Japanese company began restoring service last month. "Our brand perception, you'll be happy to know, is clearly improving again," he told a less-than-happy crowd.

According to this news post at Shacknews, Tribes: Ascend is going Free-to-Play. Here's how the company plans to make money:

In Riot's game, new "champions" are made available for purchase every two weeks, for about $5-10. Tribes: Ascend will, instead, allow players to buy entire loadouts. Corsair Dominator 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz C7 Memory Kit
The gang at Legit Reviews just put the finishing touches on their review of Corsair's Dominator 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz C7 memory kit. If you are in the market for a memory upgrade, this review is for you.

The Corsair Dominator CMP4GX3M2C1600C7 kit came to dominate and based on the amount of overclocking you can achieve I would say it did just that. While I knew this memory would be a good performer I was surprised that I was able to push this memory to 2132Mhz and keep the timings fairly tight. Not bad for our test system that was made up of the ASUS P8P67 motherboard and an Intel Core i5-2500K processor.

The Whole Planet Almost DIED!
Did you feel that "swoosh" earlier? That was that asteroid, discovered just last week, whizzing by the Earth. Scientist say that it was only 100ft wide but they probably just didn't want to scare us, you know it was a planet killer.

The space rock now labeled 2011 MD came with no such warning, and narrowly squeaked by Earth today at approximately 1:01PM Eastern time. Astronomers just discovered the asteroid late last week, and while there was virtually no chance of it impacting our planet, the rock passed by close enough to be seen by some in Africa and possibly Australia.
