
TiVo ends patent battle with Dish and EchoStar, to be paid $500 million
After years of courtroom dueling, TiVo, Dish Networks and EchoStar, have finally buried the hatchet and inked a settlement to end the patent dispute between them. As part of the agreement, TiVo will receive $500 million - $300 million upfront and $200 million in yearly installments until 2017.

Enspert plans July release for 8.9-inch Android Honeycomb tablet
South Korean company Enspert is working away on more tablets, one of its upcoming creations being an 8.9-inch model called E401 which is known to utilize Android 3.0 (Honeycomb). The E401 is expected to debut in Enspert's home market in July and it should go global later on.
