Acer's Aspire Z5761 multi-touch-enabled all-in-one PC makes its UK debut
Announced at the start of this year as part of Acer's fresh and funky Sandy Bridge PC line, the Aspire Z5761 all-in-one PC has now been launched in the UK, complete with a straight and smooth design that combines matte and glossy black surfaces, and lots of touch-enabled applications.

Zotac releases the GeForce GTX 580 AMP2! Edition graphics card

Dell starts wrapping up servers in mushroom-based packaging
PC maker Dell has kicked off a trial program through which it will ship PowerEdge R710 servers in packages that contain mushroom cushioning. Mushroom-based packages have already been tested in Dell's labs and proved capable of achieving the same safety standards as styrofoam and polyethylene.

Chrome 12.0.725.0 arrives in the Dev channel with 'cleaner' code
The Chromium Dev channel has once again been updated and is now hosting the 12.0.725.0 version of Google's Chrome browser which features a cleaned up code, and a fresh V8 engine release (3.2.6.0). It also includes some tweaks to tab multi-select but those are available on the Windows build only.

Catering to the needs of RAID lovers, Sharkoon has launched not one but two external enclosures that can house RAID setups. One box holds two 3.5-inch drives while the other supports five HDDs, only SATA of course as that's the norm for most consumer storage solutions.
