Japanese company Scythe has now let loose upon the Old Continent (Europe) a new CPU cooler called Susanoo which, due to its size, will be able to lower the temperatures of the processor, the MOSFET area, memory, northbridge and even the graphics card.

Intel and Micron opening 25nm NAND Flash plant in Singapore
IM Flash Technologies, the NAND Flash-focused joint venture of Intel and Micron, have now opened its Singapore operations and officially kicked off work in its local 300 millimeter fab which manufactures 25nm NAND. This $3 billion facility is set to employ 1,200 people when in full production.

Toshiba launches the Camileo BW10 Full HD, waterproof camcorder

Western Digital takes a hit in Q1, still out-ships Seagate
Between the Sandy Bridge chipset problem and the earthquake in Japan, Western Digital had to face adverse conditions in the three-month period ended April 1st (the company's Q3 of fiscal 2011), and that is shows in its revenue which was of $2.25 billion -down from $2.64 billion one year ago.
