P67 Memory Kit Roundup @ PCSTATS
"There are a few utilities available for overclocking graphics cards out on the web that for the most part work with most video cards. Many of the top manufacturers have their own utility and Sapphire is no different with its TRIXX utility. I have used this utility before and it is fairly straight forward to use. Sapphire has equipped the Flex with a Vapor Chamber-based cooling solution that allowed temperatures to hover around the 60 degrees Celsius mark when the fan was spooled up to 100%. This level of cooling let the HD 6950 Cayman core run up to 904MHz, or 104MHz over the baseline setting — this without the ability to increase the voltage on this card. The Hynix GDDR5 memory was able to scale another 255MHz over the as-delivered 1250MHz clock speed."

XFX HD6950 1GB Overclocked Edition Review @ PCSTATS
"Corsair's Vengeance series modules are rated for operation at 1600Mhz with latencies of 9-9-9-24 using a low 1.5v. At 1.5v I was unable to get them to scale up to the next memory multiplier which was 1866MHz. However, at the rated speed, the latencies could be tightened up to 7-8-7-27. To reach the next multiplier step I had to increase the voltage to 1.65 with a bump in the TECD from 9 to 10. Once at this step I increased the BCLK of the 2600K to go further with this set, topping out at 1962MHz DDR. That's a 362MHz or almost 23% bump from the base 1600MHz rated speed. A pretty stout bump in clock speed if you ask me."

NVIDIA GTX 590 @ PCSTATS
"Everything about this card is appealing — we see a visible and statistically significant increase in performance in the XXX Edition over the standard XFX HD 6950. The direct contact heatpipes do a good job at keeping the card cool under typical situations, however it becomes obvious that the performance of the cooler falls apart under a heavy heat load. This heavy heat load is from putting a huge overclock on the card and applying the extra voltage to the GPU. We see this in other "DirectCU" coolers, and they tend to fall apart in this same way."

Thermaltake Level 10 @ PCSTATS
" The headroom on the GTX 590 is at this point limited to about a 10 to 15% margin over the as delivered clock speeds, Even though the card supports voltage tuning. The overriding theme of this card is cooler and quieter than the competition. I did not have an overclocking utility to push the clock speeds above the 10 to 15% margins until late last night. At this point the overclocked testing had been completed but ASUS came through with their latest version of their Smart Doctor utility to help us out. With the stock voltages the maximum speed I was able to pull from this pair of GF 110 GPU's was 673MHz or right on that 10% margin. The memory was equally stingy at 1868MHz or 934MHz. At these speeds there was a definite performance increase that was noticed so overclocking is worth the effort and time to find the maximum clock speeds."

Radeon HD 6670 offers good performance @ PCSTATS
Like the Thermaltake Level 10 but couldn't justify its astronomical pricing for a case? Thermaltake hopes to address that with the Level 10 GT, which is actually within reach of enthusiast rig builders. Hit our review to see if Thermaltake still managed to keep a good thing going with the Level 10 GT despite its relatively lower $269 pricing.

Cyber Snipa Sonar 5.1 Championship Review @ PCSTATS
"In the end the AMD Radeon HD 6670 and HD 6570 are solid
additions to an already crowded budget graphics card market. They
definitely improve on the already solid performance and feature set of
the Radeon HD 5600-series of cards and do so at the same launch-time
price points. The problem that both of these cards have (and that
many graphics releases are seeing recently) is the price merges that
occur when higher performance, older GPUs go on sale or offer rebates
to take a step down in market."

BestBuy talk about the AMD APU processor @ PCSTATS
It was a dark and stormy night. It was somehow really bright, 'cause there was thy plug, with a little night light. Emitting a stream of photons, which has a 1:1 interaction with electrons [...] When my friend and I wrote this so-called poem in alternating lines back in February 2008 (As a joke in a Valentine's Day card for church fellowship, no less), we thought we were intrinsically creative and impeccably funny. You know, a matchless fusion of the art of using language and the mastering of scientific accuracy. Boys and girls -- for the boys, especially -- this is how the true meaning of art and science is derived. I can guarantee you right here and now, each and every girl who reads this will not be impressed by your nerdiness wonderful intelligence. Oh, am I starting a motherboard review introduction? In that case, we will need to exchange for a calendar that is two years older. In December 2006, it was indeed a dark and Canadian-December stormy night. It was really bright; under the illumination of a light that lit up the night. Beneath all this sits a FedEx package from ASUS' American headquarters in California, containing my first ever motherboard from the company for review. If I recall correctly, it was also the first 'workstation-class' motherboard from ASUS. And the ASUS P5W64-WS Professional was quite a motherboard to behold. The "Wall Street Quartet" -- a couple years before Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, and AIG became infamous overnight -- created a new niche in the computer market for users desiring a whole different combination of performance, features, and stability. That is, much unlike characteristics of the real Wall Street Quartet we got to know later on. Fast forward to 2011 and many workstation-class motherboards later, back in our lab is the latest and greatest from ASUS. How well does the P8P67 WS Revolution live up to the legacy of its predecessors? As always, we have all the answers for you here at APH Networks. Read on to find out what we have found!

Antec Six Hundred v2 Case @ PCSTATS
We test and review the MSI GeForce GTX 580 Lightning. MSI peeked at the NVIDIA reference GeForce GTX 580, then took the GeForce GTX 580 GPU, and threw the rest away.

They designed a new PCB loaded with features and overclock potential, slapped some really cool memory on the card and topped off that GPU with the all new Twin Frozr III cooler.
