Intel introduces the 320 Series solid state drives
The Postville Refresh is (finally) here as Intel launched the 320 Series solid state drives which combine 25nm MLC (multi-level cell) NAND Flash memory chips and a proprietary Intel controller (the 510 Series SSDs introduced a month ago utilize a Marvell controller).
