Firefox 4 Ships Early
Currently on the Mozilla Firefox page, there is no download for the final revision of Firefox 4. There has been a last minute push of the Release Candidate 2 version however, which brings some fixes in from the first Release Candidate, but the final version is supposed to be brought to users until tomorrow. Those who are eager to have the final version though can hop onto the official Mozilla FTP server, where the final version has been put up for download. New MacBook Pros Experiencing Freezing
Several owners of the new Apple MacBook Pro laptops have been reporting issues with their systems freezing during various tasks. Some users reported the issues when performing graphics intensive tasks like playing Team Fortress 2 or using Photobooth. If you have one of the new MacBooks, the site contains instructions on how to reproduce the issue to see if your system is also affected. No comment was available from Apple yet.

One key difference is that users won't have to create a second number to use the Google Voice service. This eliminates the need for a separate app to take advantage of all the services offered by Google Voice.

Google Patches Flash Vulnerability in Chrome, Other Browsers Still Susceptible
Last week, Adobe identified a vulnerability in its Flash Player, Reader, and Acrobat software that affects every device that uses it. Well, Adobe won't fix that until sometime this week, but that hasn't stopped Google from fixing it on its own. That is, if you use Chrome as your browser. Google has fixed the Flash vulnerability in its Chrome browser, but users of other browsers are still waiting on Adobe to issue the fix. The vulnerability is apparently being exploited by a .swf file in an Excel spreadsheet (which seems to be common for these vulnerabilities) so be careful what you download if you don't surf with Chrome. However, the exploit doesn't seem to be doing much damage but still, it is out there. At any rate, users of Google's Chrome browser are safe while other browser users are left waiting.
