Taiwan-based manufacturing heavyweight Hon Hai Precision (aka Foxconn) has filed a complaint with the Dongguan Intermediate People's Court of China in which it claims that Suyin, a components maker also from Taiwan, is violating its patented technology.

AMD back to profit, $375 million net income reported for Q4
AMD has yesterday posted its Q4 results, and they show a slight sequential increase in revenue - $1.65 billion as opposed to $1.62 billion in Q3, an operating income of $413 million, and a quite decent net income of $375 million or $0.50 per share ($118 million/$0.17 EPS loss in Q3).
