Catalyst 10.10 drivers available for download
Since a new card has to have new drivers, AMD today rolled out the Catalyst 10.10 which feature a nice WHQL certification and support the Radeon HD 6850 & HD 6870 as well as the Radeon HD 2000, HD 3000, HD 4000 and HD 5000 series desktop cards and the Radeon HD 3000 and HD 4000 series IGPs.

Asus DR-900 e-book reader said to launch in Taiwan next month
Announced back in March, Asus' DR-900 ereader is reportedly set to debut in Taiwan at the end of next month, more specifically on November 25th. The device features a 9-inch SiPix e-paper display with a 1024 x 768 resolution and is supposed to cost around NT$12,000 or $389.

Rambus reports lower revenue, higher loss for Q3
Okey, Rambus may need to win another lawsuit in the near future because in the last two quarters it has been in the red again, with Q3 results looking worse than those of Q2 - a revenue of $31.7 million, down 18% sequentially, and a net loss of $20.6 million (up from a loss of $12.5 million in Q2).

Sharp to exit the PC market
Almost one year has passed since Sharp halted internal PC manufacturing and the Japanese company is set on leaving the PC market altogether due to its insufficient mark in the area. Sharp is said to be dropping PCs in order to focus on its e-reader platform announced last month.

Asus (slightly) overclocks both its Radeon HD 6800 series cards
Trying to one-up its competitors, Asus has released two Radeon HD 6800 cards which have their GPU factory overclocked by just a bit. To detail, the Radeon HD 6870's core is set to 913 MHz as opposed to 900 MHz on stock models, while the HD 6850's GPU is @ 790 MHz (775 MHz).
