PC maker Dell has managed to surpass analyst predictions with its results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2011 which include a revenue of $15.5 billion -up 22% on-year and $0.3 billion over the general estimate, and a net income of $545 million (up 15%).

HP Q3 FY 2010 revenue and profits slip sequentially
CEO-searching IT giant HP has reported its results for the third quarter of fiscal 2010, revealing increases on-year but dips compared to Q2. To detail, the company's revenue topped $30.7 billion in Q3 which is up from $27.5 billion in Q3 FY 2009 but down a bit from the $30.8 billion of Q2 FY 2010.

AMD gains mobile CPU market share in Q2, Intel still rules
