Logitech releases new MK520 keyboard and mouse pack
Logitech has launched its latest keyboard and mouse combo in the pack named MK520. The low-profile keyboard centers on media controls and batteries that last for up to three years. The full-size laser mouse also claims an estimated one-year battery life.

E Ink nears production of color panels
Taiwan's E Ink has built two new e-paper devices that are undergoing testing by their buyers and should be released later this year or early in 2011. Each has a touchscreen, but one is capacitive while the other is electromagnetic. The company's color e-paper displays, meanwhile, were purchased by Hanvon, with devices expected to launch this fall. These color readers will use E Ink's latest Pearl display with a color filter. The panel has better response time and reflection than any before it from the company, and E Ink believes color e-book readers will capture 10 percent of the e-reader market in 2011.

Sony Ericsson PSP phone rumor arises again
Website Engadget reports that Sony Ericsson is currently working on a PSP Phone , one that will run on Android 3.0 and create a whole new gaming ecosystem . The report cites trusted sources who describe the device as a cross between the Samsung Captivate and the PSP Go . Sony's phone will have a PSP Go-style slideout instead of a QWERTY keypad, a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor and a 5MP camera.

DRAM shortage likely to come soon
According to analyst house iSuppli, the DRAM market could see a significant supply shortage in the Q3 2010 due to limited manufacturing equipment availability and other challenges. Most of the year’s growth is forecasted to occur in the second half of the year, with each of the final two quarters of 2010 expected to post sequential bit growth of approximately 11%. In comparison, bit growth in the first two quarters of 2010 topped out at far below the 10% mark. Such high levels of growth, concentrated in a six-month period, will strain the production capabilities of DRAM suppliers , states the company.
