Courtesy of a nice mention on Bluetooth SIG's website we know now that Samsung's probably first Windows Phone 7 offering is going to be known as Cetus (model SGH-i917) and will be available in North America - likely in Q4.

Apple sued by Emblaze over a media streaming patent
Bumper-generous Apple Inc. has once more been invited to court, this time, by an Israeli company called Emblaze which claims that one of its patents is being violated by the 'HTTP Live Streaming' feature available for Macs, the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
