Inno3D looking prepared for GeForce GTX 400 series launch
Fueling our hopes for a good, hard launch for Nvidia's first DirectX 11 cards, a few pictures have come about showing off some ready to ship Inno3D GeForce GTX 480s and GTX 470s. Assuming that the boxes are not empty it seems like Inno3D will be one of the manufacturers who will have GF100-based cards on sale at the end of this month.
Just below you can see the Inno3D GTX 480 box in detail, confirming the 1536MB / 384-bit memory configuration of the upcoming enthusiast graphics card, and listing several technologies supported like SLI, CUDA, PhysX and 3D Vision Surround. Inno3D is bundling an iChill gaming mat with the cards, which is nice, but a top-notch game would have been nicer.
Like everyone, Inno3D will have to wait until March 26 to release its GeForce GTX 400 cards.

AOL Lifestream aggregator becomes a standalone product
Launched last year as AIM's social aggregator, Lifestream now stands on its own two feel thanks to AOL's decision to make it into an application for desktops running Windows or Mac OS, but also for mobiles like Apple's iPhone and Android-based smartphones. With the Lifestream app, which is currently in beta, people can post updates on all their social networks simultaneously, comment on what others upload, add pictures or locations to posts, check trends, search for various topics, and even follow a specific location the same way they follow friends.
"In an age where users are completely inundated with information online, Lifestream is all about creating a unique and simple experience where you can view all of your social content and status updates in one place," said Brad Garlinghouse, President, Consumer Applications, AOL. "To date, nobody has done this well and we think it’s a huge opportunity for AOL to surprise our consumers and the industry at large with an incredibly compelling social experience."
Lifestream for PCs and Macs can be downloaded via this page, while the mobile versions of the app are available in the App Store and Android Market.

Rumours circle multitasking for iPhone 4.0
Reports suggest that Apple may be preparing to finally enable multi-tasking on their world renowned iPhone handset.
AppleInsider are citing anonymous sources in reporting that the iPhone OS 4.0 release will allow users to launch and access multiple applications at once, including those from third-party developers.
Additionally they have reported that version 4.0 of the iPhoneOS will borrow elements of the MacOS X interface to present and manage multiple active applications.
While in fact the current iPhone software is capable of multi-tasking, the feature is only accessible on 'jailbroken' handsets in which the device's security controls have been modified. The lack of multi-tasking on the iPhone has become a selling point for competing devices, such as the Motorola Droid.
Apple is widely believed to be targeting the new OS for a summer release date, as has been the schedule for all previous major iPhone releases and updates.
