Microsoft to serve hot-aid in Windows-themed Paris cafe
While the US will get a fair share of Microsoft stores, Europe, and more specifically, France, will have to make due with a the temporary Windows Cafe which the Redmond company is opening in Paris. Found on 47 Boulevard Sebastopol, the cafe will have its ribbon cut on October 22nd, the launch day of Windows 7 and will be open for 'business' for a few weeks.

The Windows Cafe will provide free WiFi (which is apparently already working), serve drinks and food, and will help promote various Microsoft products - Windows 7, the Xbox, Windows Live, Windows phones and such. The cafe won't be selling any MS-branded hardware or software though, so don't bother going there to order two Windows 7 Family Packs and a vanilla shake, on the go.
