What are the Cheapest Shipping options from the US to overseas?

Hi Everyone!

I recently won a CoolIT Domino ALC Watercooling Kit over at Benchmark Reviews in a random draw. Big Smile The only problem is that they will only ship to a US or Canadian address.I was wondering if any of you guys know of any cheap shipping options (USPS's cheapest is around NZ$60 which is a third of the Domino's price). Tongue Tied The Domino's dimensions are 14x14x8 (inches) and it weighs 5 lb. If I cannot find a cheaper option I may be forced to decline the prize.

Thanks,

MSI Debuts R5870 And R5850 Graphics Cards
Not sure if you heard, but ATI had a little introduction this week. Or,maybe you'd consider it a big introduction. The new desktop-gradeRadeon HD 5870 hit the scene in a big way, and you knew there was noway a GPU maker as prominent as MSI would be sitting this one out. Thus, the company has found time to issue the new R5870 and R5850series graphics card just after its comical Batman-themed GPU hit themarket.

As predicted, these new devices support DirectX 11 and an array ofAMD-exclusive performance enhancing technologies. Built on 40nm processtechnology, the dense GPU supports the newest OpenGL/OpenCL standards, supports Eyefinity and is equipped with twin dual-link DVI ports andeven a DisplayPort socket. Curiously, MSI decided against doling outhard specifications such as clock speed and price, but we're surethey'll be pushing 'em out as fast as the production line can move.

40nm manufacturing process – new performance leader
The brand new MSI R5870/R5850 series uses more advanced 40nm GPU to implement decisively more transistors within the same amount of space and thereby reaching a new level of performance. In addition the modern 40nm process reduces power consumption and brings about a more efficient overall electrical utilization. By using the advantages of this innovative 40nm process technology, the next generation MSI R5870/R5850 series offers outstanding performance of a new kind.

Support a verity of next-generation graphics standards
Apart from the production process advancements, the entire new MSI R5870/R5850 series is already optimized for the upcoming Windows 7 operating system, and the first one to support the new DirectX 11 / Shader 5.0, thereby taking the immersive gaming experience to a new level, dramatically improving special effects enjoyment. Furthermore the MSI R5870/R5850 also provide for more comprehensive graphics software support. Not only is OpenGL 3.1 supported but also the newest OpenCL standard. This allows the powerful graphics processor to not only render visual effects but also being used on general computing matters which helps to reduce CPU usage resulting in turn to a more effective overall performance.

Brand new ATi Eyefinity technology - single-card triple-screen output
For those gamers who concerned about multiple graphics output, the MSI R5870/R5850 series graphics cards already support the new ATi Eyefinity technology, allowing for triple screen output on one single card*; The ATi Eyefinity technology breaks with the former limitations that one graphics card could only support a maximum of two outputs. Now, in using ATi Eyefinity gamers can extend their game play to three displays widen visibility and providing excellent views of every angle putting the gamers truly into the game, and also reach a new level of game play.

Military Class Concept Components – To bring a new level of stability
In order to further improve stability of the MSI R5870 and R5850 graphics cards, MSI adopts solid capacitors and SSC (solid state chokes). This provides for highest stability even under long-term full loading. Now you don’t need to worry anymore that during hardcore gaming your machine might potentially overheat to crash or delay.

When she hit two strikes in a row, she jumped and kicked in celebration (see the video below).

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd was embarrassed by the incident. He said, in an understatement:
"I'm not pleased that they played that Wii bowling game. That is not appropriate conduct at a search warrant. But I am less pleased with the supervision that didn't walk in and say, turn that off. That's what supervision should have done."
The question is, who won, and will they reimburse Difalco for his electricity (they were apparently there for nine hours).

Lucid Logix Demos 3D Graphics Game Changer at IDF
This just in.آ Can we say that here?آ Sure we can... At IDF today we had the opportunity to stop by the technology showcase booth of Lucid Logix.آ If you recall, over a year ago, the fabless semiconductor start-up promised to set the graphics industry on its ear by bringing to marketآ PCI Express switching technology that would allow multi-graphics card installations of any variety, mixing and matching different graphics cards based on similar graphics processors or multiple cards based on very different GPUs, from both NVIDIA and AMD-ATI in system simultaneously.

Today Lucid has brought their new leading-edge technology to fruition on a motherboard built by MSI that employs their new chip and was up and running for all to see.آ Employing a mutli-GPU load-balancing algorithm called "Object Division Rendering" (GPUs tackle different objects on the same frame simultaneously), Lucid's Hydra engine intelligently optimizes workloads in system amongst all graphics processors, regardless of make or model.آ The demo we saw below didn't afford us the ability to check frame rates or see load balancing in action, but we'll take their word for it...

Lucid's Hydraآ chip is hiding under the blue stylized heat sink next to the #1 PCIe graphics slot...

With a 48-lane PCI Express switch implementation and a 32-bit Tensilica RISC core engine to manage workloads and serve as sort of a GPU Traffic Cop, the technology is interesting and impressive to be sure.آ We look forward to testing an evaluation system based on MSI's "Big Bang" Intel P55 chipset-based motherboard and a Lucid Hydra engine on-board.آ We'll keep you posted with more details very soon.
