EU Imposes Cookie Law, Ignores Own Rules
Wait just a second. Are you trying to tell me that there are governments that don't follow their own rules? How is that possible? I am shocked!

The Article 29 Working Party — the group which advises individual European privacy authorities on matters of data protection, and the European Data Protection Supervisor — a cross-nation group of data protection officials, both fail to adhere to the E.U.-wide so-called "cookie law".

Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev 2 Heatsink
If you are in the market for a new cooler, you should give this review of the Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev 2 the once over before spending your hard earned money. It didn't seem like the fellas at Ninjalane were impressed at all.

We did observe a higher than expected C/W rating during our overclocking tests despite the average rating at stock speeds. This simply tells us that to support the heat load we will likely need a more powerful fan to keep things cool. The twin tower design and wider radiator surface area does increase the cooling capacity however the small contact patch and four heatpipe design is a limiting factor.

A new report quotes a former Apple employee as saying that people at the company are "embarrassed by Siri" and late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs would have "lost his mind" over the feature's performance.

Unless you've been living under a rock for the past several months, you've no doubt seen this chassis online or perhaps even at your local hardware retailer or LAN party (although I pity the person responsible for lugging this heavyweight anywhere outside of their house). Cooler Master showcased what they call the Ultra Tower at CES and it goes without saying that it was the most impressive computer case I saw during my week in Las Vegas.

Memorial Day
Memorial Day is a day to reflect on the service, sacrifice and honor of the men and women who paid the ultimate price for our freedoms. So while you enjoy the rest of your three day weekend with friends, family, BBQ and big department store sales, please take a moment to honor our fallen heroes lest we forget the true meaning of Memorial Day.

Over the years the meaning of Memorial Day has faded too much from the public consciousness. Too many don't know what the day stands for.
