Amazon Delivery Drivers Sue, Alleging Pay Violation
The easiest way to avoid lawsuits like this is to just hire drivers the old fashioned way. That's how dad did it, that's how America used to do it, and it worked out pretty well.

A group of drivers for the new Amazon Prime Now delivery service filed suit against the company Tuesday, alleging they were denied overtime pay, workers' compensation and mileage reimbursements. The workers say they were improperly classified as independent contractors instead of employees.

EU Adopts 'Net Neutrality' Rules, Keeps Loopholes Open
Widespread throttling and paid prioritization? What's not to love about that?

The European Parliament adopted Europe's first net neutrality rules today, as part of the new telecoms package. However, many net neutrality proponents see the new regulation as a loss rather than a win, as it leaves the door open for widespread throttling and paid prioritization.

AMD Radeon Nano Reviews Moving Forward
While we have been waiting for all the Nano controversy to quiet down, we have been getting ready to do our Nano reviews. We are going to break these into two separate reviews from two different points of view. The first will be from a footprint standpoint which will use a Cooler Master Elite 110 which does not accommodate a lot of larger video cards, which are not price competitive with the Nano. The second review will take place in a Corsair Obsidian 250D, which will accommodate larger video cards that are price competitive with Nano. We are hoping this will give a better overall view of what the Nano video card is all about.

Here are pics from our Cooler Master Elite 110 build. We are using an MSI MSI Z170I Gaming Pro AC Motherboard with an Intel Core i7-6700K processor. Our final clocks have not been determined yet, but should be above 4.2GHz.

AMD Special Edition Drivers Coming In November?
According to this news post at WCCFtech, AMD is working on a new set of special edition drivers that will supposedly hit next month. Thanks to fightingfi for the heads up.

This year's 'special edition' drivers are expected to launch at the same time as last year, according to the report. Which means that we are probably looking at AMD making this a regular thing with significant improvements to the catalyst driver build, delivered yearly. Although it does beg the question whether AMD would specifically delay significant updates just to cash in on the PR resulting from a yearly event.
