Sony Announces 1TB PlayStation 4
Sony has followed in the recent footsteps of Microsoft and the 1TB Xbox One with the announcement of a 1TB version of the PlayStation 4, dubbed the "Ultimate Player Edition." This model has only been confirmed for European markets, but an FCC filing bodes well for American gamers. In addition to the new model, Sony also announced that the 500GB PS4 is getting a new design that is 8% more power efficient and 10% lighter.

NVIDIA Game Ready Drivers Available For Batman: Arkham Knight
Batman: Arkham Knight will release tomorrow and NVIDIA is hoping to provide the best possible game experience with the release of the Game Ready 353.30 WHQL drivers. The game features a number of NVIDIA GameWorks enhancements including "enhanced rain spray and lighting shafts, PhysX turbulence and particles, and PhysX cloth and destruction," and these drivers should offer the best performance for those features. The drivers also provide support for SLI and GeForce Experience one-click optimizations. Drivers can be obtained from NVIDIA.

Kingston Adds High Capacity Flash Memory Cards

Kingston has announced the addition of 128GB and 256GB flash memory to its SDHC/SDXC UHS-I Speed Class 3 lineup. The Speed Class 3 specification has a minimum of 30MB/s read and write speeds with the Kingston offerings granting speeds up to 90MB/s read and 80MB/s write. The cards are ideal for applications where high bandwidth is necessary, such as 4K video recording and high-density photography.
