Deus Ex: Mankind Divided to be a 'real challenge' to hardcore players
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided was revealed last week, but now the full marketing campaign is beginning to ramp up, with Game Director Jean-François Dugas, teasing Deus Ex fans through his Twitter account.

He continued, adding that the boss fights from Deus Ex: Human Revolution are coming back, which has fans excited. Dugas continued, when he was asked if Mankind Divided would be as hard as the original Deus Ex from 1999, where he said: "We'll have the 'Give me Deus Ex' again. Not exactly like the 1999 mode but you should expect a real challenge". When asked if the same team members from Human Revolution are working on Mankind Divided, Dugas replied with "For the most part, yes".
We should hopefully see more on Deus Ex: Mankind Divided as we get closer to E3 2015 in June, but we are already pumped with the news that it will support DirectX 12 and Windows 10.

Rockstar says 4K is a real 'eye opener' for Grand Theft Auto V on PC
Grand Theft Auto V unlocks for PC gamers across the world in a little under 24 hours now, so after multiple delays, it doesn't even feel like it's happening - but it is, and in a big way.

PC Gamer also talked about 4K, asking "GTA 5 supports 4K resolution on PC - how much of a big deal do you think 4K will be for players? Do you think it'll transform the way they experience that world?" Rockstar's reply is pretty exciting, with the developer saying: "4k is an eye opener when you see if for the first time, it really does make you look at the world differently and in greater detail as you would expect. That said, you could probably say the same thing about a lot of the other high-end graphical options and ultimately it will be personal preference which particular resolution and graphical settings that each player decides to settle on".
Grand Theft Auto V unlocks on the PC in around 22 hours, but by the weekend we hope to have a performance article looking at various VGA cards and how the game runs at 1080p, 1440p, 4K and beyond.

NSA boss now wants 'front door' access to your PC
The NSA has virtually got unrestricted access to most users data, but that doesn't stop the US spy agency from wanting more. NSA chief Michael Rogers has now called for a "front door" encryption key that would provide the NSA with access to your data, but the key would be broken into multiple parts so that no one agency or person could easily get in.

Rogers' solution isn't a one key fits all scenario, with fellow institutions like the National Institute of Standards and Technology against the idea. They note that any door that is introduced would arrive with security holes, even if a split key is created. US agencies like the FBI and NSA don't like widespread encryption because it works so well, but it only works as long as there are key holders that won't just provide the key when asked, or requested.

Google is indexing files from some private network-connected HDDs
An investigation that CSO Online conducted has found that if you do not have your network-connected HDDs configured correctly, your files could be ending up in the wrong hands.

The organization was able to map a family's personal and financial history all the way back to 2009 just by searching their name as their data was archived on a Western Digital HDD that they had connected through a Linksys WRT1900AC router. But when the family was warned about this, it was too late. The family noted: "I simply could not figure out how someone got the [card] info minutes after I'd activate them. My system was clean and secured more than the average person," said one member of the family. Now I know. [It's not] difficult when my backups were public and being indexed on Google".
CSO noted that other devices had been indexed, such as the Seagate Personal Cloud, Seagate Business NAS, Western Digital My Cloud and LaCie CloudBox. They have a detailed guide on how to check if your network-attached HDD is letting Google index it, which is something you should definitely check out.

NVIDIA preparing GeForce GTX 980 Ti for September with full GM200 core
We know it's coming, but it's just a matter of when. NVIDIA is preparing the GeForce GTX 980 Ti that should better counter the upcoming Radeon R9 390X from AMD, with a full GM200 core.

NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 980 Ti should be close to identical to the behemoth that is the GeForce GTX Titan X, but knock down its VRAM from 12GB to 6GB. We should also see AIB partners free to slap on aftermarket coolers, which didn't happen with the Titan X, which is going to open up a can of whoop ass on the market.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Review - A Phone From The Future
Introduction
I'm going to start my review off with this: I hate Samsung smartphones. I really do. The Galaxy S3 was good, but the Galaxy S4 was nothing that interested me. I felt, and still feel that Samsung seriously dropped the ball with the Galaxy S5. The company may sell the most smartphones of any other company on the market, but it doesn't mean their devices are made of quality.
Samsung knew it had to do something, and it really changed things up with the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge, which is where we are today. The new smartphones have only been out for a few days now, but I pre-ordered one of the Galaxy S6 edge 64GB smartphones last week and I have now had a little over 48 hours of solid use of it and I can easily say: I'm in love.
Specs
Before we take a look around the smartphone and just how damn beautiful it is, and how amazing it feels in my hands, let's gloss over what Samsung has managed to cram inside of its best handset to date. Inside, we have some serious components and capabilities, such as an 8-core processor and some seriously snappy storage.

There's three storage options to choose from: 32GB, 64GB and 128GB, but no expandable storage. Samsung has decided to remove the microSD card slot - which is a great thing for the device itself, but a big selling point that people are going to miss from previous handsets, and something that will lose Samsung some sales.
On the outside, we have an amazingly capable 16-megapixel rear-facing camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and up front, we have a 5-megapixel shooter for those all important selfies. Both cameras are some of the best snappers that I've used in a smartphone yet - bringing Samsung up to the quality and speed of Apple's cameras in the iPhone, and beating them in some ways.
Samsung has finally provided wireless charging on the Galaxy S6 edge, but there's also fast-charging - which is something we're going to go into more detail about later. The fast-charging capabilities on the Galaxy S6 edge are a selling point in their own, as is the wireless charging capability. There's 4G LTE Cat6 support, as well as Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct and more.
Availability & Price
Depending on where you live, what carrier you want to join (or whichever one you're already with), and the storage option on the Galaxy S6 edge, the pricing will vary. In the US, you're looking at around $299 up front for the 32GB version with Verizon, while the 64GB is $399 up-front, and the 128GB chimes in at $499 up-front.If you want to go off-contract, it's cheaper with the 32GB starting at $699 and then $100 additional for the 64GB, and another $100 on top at $899 for the 128GB model.

Bloodborne PlayStation 4 Game Review

Bloodborne forgets the fantasy style castles and other locations from the Souls series and takes on a much more Victorian England look. Set in a fictional city called Yharnam, the city is rumored to have a medical fix for any ailment hunters have. The hunter (who you play as) arrives in Yharnam only to discover that instead of medical fixes, the city is rife with disease and plagues that has transformed all its inhabitants into powerful enemies. The main aim is to survive the night, to escape the town, but many enemies and bosses await - as you would expect.

For those who have not played the Souls titles, the gameplay basically boils down to this; move from area to area taking out enemies gaining blood echoes whilst trying to find the boss character for that area. That said, the regular enemies are no walk in the park and you will not want to pull three or four at the same time. Whilst taking down the enemies, you collect Blood Echoes, which are used to level up, but you are also gambling with them. Should you succumb to the enemy, you lose all blood echoes currently held, and must return to retrieve them. However, should you succumb again before reaching the echoes, they are gone forever. You are always gambling with the blood echoes when exploring new areas and this fits the risk/reward mentality of the game perfectly.
Although the game remains brutally difficult, it is very clear From Software and Sony wanted this to be a little more accessible than Dark Souls. First of all, there is no weight, so you can carry around as much items as you want without impacting speed. There are also less weapons and in general each of the weapons is enough (when levelled) to finish the game with. The levelling system has been somewhat simplified as well, and one of our favourite changes is that when you succumb to the enemy, you no longer drop in maximum health. This is something that punished new players to the Souls series significantly in Dark Souls 2, so it's nice it is gone. Although we have played the Souls games in the past, we found BloodBorne a lot more accessible and easy to pick up, whilst maintaining the brutal difficulty it is known for.

In terms of the most important aspect of the game in many players' eyes, the bosses, the game offers a ton of variety. You actually are unable to level your character until you find the first boss (levelling up remains locked off), which trains you in how to play the game by having a very weak character against numerous enemies. The boss characters are as epic as ever (we won't spoil any), and before you finish the game, you will have to come up with a unique strategy per boss. Generally, once you figure out a strategy, they are easy to beat, but coming up with it may take hours on end to do.

As well as this, the game has significant load times (around 45 seconds) after each death and to move between the Hunters Dream (where you level up) and back to the game world. It can also be buggy with enemies failing to trigger and also boss characters getting stuck outside the world. From Software has handled this the best way possible by giving you the victory, but when it happens, you feel like a bit of a cheat. To their credit, they have promised to try and patch the load times, and really, once you get used to it, it's not so bad.
Visually the game as you would expect is a significant jump over Dark Souls 2. The PS4 power is on full display with a stunning Victorian world present including some amazing architecture. Just like previously, no map is included, so you need to use landmarks to find your way around. The frame rate generally does not show any niggles and considering how important timing is in this game, that was crucial to its success. The scale of the enemies and environments really is a step above and the world is huge and easy to get lost in.

Bloodborne may be based on an already existing series, but it does enough with mixing up the gameplay to keep it fresh. The fear about guns ruining the game was clearly unfounded and the stronger focus on attacks may make it easier for players to pick up. This is in our opinion the most accessible game of this year yet, however, if you are expecting a walk in the park, then you should look elsewhere.
