AMD previews Carrizo APU, offers insights into power savings
"Carrizo" is the code name of AMD's next-generation CPU for notebooks and convertible PCs. This chip has been on AMD's roadmap for some time now as the successor to the Kaveri chip that powers the firm's current lineup of A-series APU products.  We even got an early look at the first working Carrizo silicon at CES in January.

Valve announces Steam VR, promises GDC demo

Nvidia faces class-action lawsuit over GTX 970 memory issue
Lenovo isn't the only one facing a possible class-action suit. As PC World reports, Nvidia is also the subject of legal ire over the GeForce GTX 970 memory debacle.

Lenovo posts Superfish removal tool; user files lawsuit
The Superfish saga continues. In its latest statement about the vulnerability, Lenovo has provided a link to an "automated removal tool" that can rid users of Superfish's ill-fated Virtual Discovery software. The statement also clarifies a few things, including the fact that ThinkPad laptops are, mercifully, unaffected by the Superfish snafu:
