Twitter's most recent biannual transparency report shows that government demands are up by forty percent. Not only that, Twitter says that it has complied with eighty percent of the demands made by U.S. officials.

Twitter said requests have increased in many countries, but warned that the US, Turkey, and Russia -- rarely lumped in the same category in any sense -- stand out "from the rest." In the US, there were 1,622 requests in the second-half of 2014, which Twitter said it complied with 80 percent of demands. MSI GTX 960 Gaming 2G
The MSI GTX 960 Gaming 2G is on the test bench at Modders Inc. today. For comparison purposes, you can see our evaluation here.

The $200 segment of the video card market is where the bulk of the mainstream PC gaming buyers run towards. It is a safe market to aim for just for the sheer number of interested parties, yet oddly enough the variant offerings introduced with the latest NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 video card are far from predictable, milquetoast and boring, especially when they could easily have and get away with it.

How The Chinese Manipulate App Store Rankings
Have you ever wondered how terrible apps end up being ranked really high in the App Store? This might be the reason. Now every time I see a high ranked crappy app, this picture is going to pop into my head.

Uber is introducing two new safety features for riders in India in response to concerns about safety that followed a passenger reporting she had been raped by a driver. The San Francisco-based taxi alternative company says it will launch a "panic button" in its ride-hailing app that allows riders to notify the police in case of an emergency, and a "safety net" feature that will allow users to share trip details and their location with as many as five other people.
