Amazon Sellers Threatening Customers With Collections Over Pricing Error
I'm not sure what the laws are in the UK but is this even legal over there or just a lame scare tactic?

We understand that you think you may have grabbed a great bargain, but we have instructed amazon to revert the prices to our usual prices and recharge your card with the correct amount owed. We would like to offer customers a grace period of 7 days to create a return request and return any stock incorrect priced and dispatched. If this action isn't carried out, we will seek to recover sums owed 1. By recharging your credit/debit card 2. If funds are not available, passing to a debt collection agency 3. Informing experian and getting your address added to the mail order black list

The 14 Best Tech Companies To Work For In 2015
While it isn't a surprise to discover Google, NVIDIA, Apple, and Facebook top this list, I am a bit shocked by the big name tech companies that didn't make this list.

A number of notable tech companies included in the 2014 list didn't make the top 50 for 2015, including Twitter, Intel, Citrix, eBay and Salesforce. Overall, fewer tech companies (14) made this year's top 50 than last year (22). But tech companies as a group still make a good showing when it comes to employee satisfaction.

ASUS Republic of Gamers Announces the Poseidon GTX 980
ASUS Republic of Gamers today announced the Poseidon GTX 980 with DirectCU H2O, a new graphics card with a hybrid thermal solution that enables efficient cooling by either air or water. Armed with a host of exclusive ROG features, the Poseidon GTX 980 is for gamers that want superlative performance without compromise. Cooler, Quieter and Faster with DirectCU H20. The ROG Poseidon GTX 980 is fitted with exclusive DirectCU H2O technology, which employs a combined air and water channel to provide complete flexibility for the user.

A custom vapor chamber is in direct contact with the card's GPU for faster heat dispersal, while copper heat-pipes and extended cooling fins further transfer heat out and away from the card to keep it running cool. With water cooling, the ROG Poseidon GTX 980 achieves up to 27°C-lower running temperatures than reference designs — translating to gaming performance that's up to 10% faster in Watch Dogs™ and 7% faster in Battlefield 4™. What's more, with standard ¼-inch threaded fittings, the ROG Poseidon GTX 980 easily accommodates existing cooling equipment, so users can get going with water cooling right away. The new card also features dust-proof fans that are both quiet and help keep the card free of particulates, reducing the need for routine cleaning or maintenance.

Ex-Employees File Lawsuit Against Sony
Sony better bust out the checkbook because I don't think they have a leg to stand on in this case.

The complaint was filed on behalf of Michael Corona, who says he worked at the company from 2004 to 2007, and Christina Mathis, who says she worked at the company between 2000 and 2002. Both say they had information such as Social Security numbers leaked. Corona also alleges that his salary history and reason for resigning were breached.

T-Mobile Unveils Data Stash
I've heard off rollover minutes but rollover data? That's actually a pretty good idea.

With Un-carrier 8.0, high-speed data you don't use each month automatically rolls into a personal Data Stash™ so you can use it when you need it for up to a year. And, the best part is that Data Stash is included at no extra charge for every single new and existing T-Mobile customer – individual, family or business – on an eligible postpaid Simple Choice plan who buys extra high-speed data for their smartphone or tablet.

DRM Is Screwing Over Blind People
Screwed over by DRM? Don't feel bad, it is screwing over blind people too.

More commonly, though, people just strip the DRM off ebooks they buy. Then, the ebook can be uploaded to and read through an e-reader's existing TTS feature. The problem is, both those workarounds are technically illegal under an esoteric clause in US copyright law.
