iOS 8 Crash Rate 78% Higher Than iOS 7
Damn, seventy eight percent? Doesn't Apple test this stuff before signing off on it?

If you're looking for stability, then iOS 8 might not be the direction you want to be going in. According to mobile application performance management company Crittercism, Apple's latest iOS 8 release is seeing crash rates which are 78 percent higher than those seen on iOS 7.

Global Amazon Outage?
C|Net says that there is a global Amazon outage but everything seems fine for me. Amazon up and working for you guys?

Two customer service agents told CNET the worldwide outage is a "known issue" and that the company's technical support team is working on it. One agent attributed the problems to servers being down, while another said the issues are because Amazon is upgrading its site. Both said the outage, which started at about 10 a.m. PT, could last for several hours but should be resolved later Tuesday.

Apple NOT Shutting Down Beats Music
Contrary to the rumor circulating the internet yesterday, the Beats will go on.

Earlier this year, Apple bought Beats Music and Beats Electronics for $3 billion. Since then, CEO Tim Cook has gone out of his way to rave about the Beats Music subscription service, which sells all-you-can-eat music for $10 a month. So why would Apple plan to shut down Beats Music, as a TechCrunch headline reports? Answer: It's not.
