Go back a couple of decades and you’ll find that just about every desktop computer was a generic beige box. Thank goodness those days are behind us. We’ve got all sorts of innovative case companies making all sorts of unique computer cases. In the case of the Apple Mac Pro, we got the weird trash can design. If you thought that was unique, check out the Alienware Area-51.
Considering that we’ve got a spherical PC from Zotac and a cylindrical one from Apple, I guess it shouldn’t be all that surprising that Alienware would want to do something different …

Actually, this new drive will fall into Seagate’s enterprise product line and will contain features more geared towards that segment of the market. The overall goal for this drive is to provide companies with a drive that boasts incredibly high capacity with a low total cost of ownership (TCO).
