Verizon Response To FCC: Everyone Else Is Doing It
I have heard this "everyone else is doing it" argument before. The sad part is that it is usually children that use this as an excuse.
Verizon Wireless told federal regulators Monday that the company isn't doing anything wrong under its new plan to slow network speeds for its heaviest data users during peak periods, arguing that other carriers are doing the same thing.

The FBI Uses Malware To Combat Online Anonymity
When you or I are caught using malware it's a crime. When the FBI does it they are simply using it as a tool.
Online anonymity is a beautiful, terrible thing, so naturally governments and law enforcement types are eager to see what happens behind the web's closed doors. Naturally, that includes the folks at the FBI: According to Wired, the FBI has been using "network investigative techniques" -- like highly specific, purpose-built malware -- to help peel back popular anonymizing service Tor's layers of obscurity to catch criminals.

Cable Companies: Google Threatens Net Neutrality, Not Us
How stupid do cable companies think we are? Never mind. Forget I even asked that question.

I have no idea if this woman's claims are legitimate or not, I just want to know why the hell she waited so long to say anything?
However, Adams claims (although it's unclear with what evidence) that Hartz then went on to license the Angry Birds IP to Rovio, and then "dumped" Adams and began making toys based on Rovio's vision of Angry Birds, without Adams' permission and without paying royalties to her.
