We still have high expectations though!

85,000 Oculus Rift Dev Kits Sold
Oculus Rift has sold a total of 85,000 dev kits. That means they only need to sell about six million more kits before Facebook makes their money back off the company.
The company revealed the figures to TechCrunch and broke them down into 60,000 sales or the original DK1 and 25,000 sales of the DK2 that went on sale on March 19. The kit currently costs $350. In February Oculus VR was forced to halt production of the headsets after it struggled to source some of the key components.

Winklevoss: Bitcoin Payment System Worth $400B
Hey, did you guys know that the bitcoin payment system is worth $400 billion? Who told me that? Why, the Winklevoss twins did! That would make bitcoins worth about $32,000 each.
The most widely known estimate of its intrinsic value is $400 billion, made November 2013, by the Winklevoss twins Cameron and Tyler at the "New York Times" Dealbook Conference. At that valuation, Bitcoin would be worth 70 times its current value of $5.7 billion. That's based on an April 8, 2014 price of $453 per coin for the 12,620,475 bitcoins in circulation. Clearly, there's a long way to go to reach $400 billion.

T-Mobile CEO: Overage Fees Are Greedy, Predatory
I sure like T-Mobile's CEO. Sure he's still a corporate fat cat but I sure do like the changes he's made recently and how he challenges other companies to do the same.
"Charging overage fees is a greedy, predatory practice that needs to go," continued Legere. "Starting in May for bills arriving in June - regardless of whether you're on Simple Choice, Simple Starter or an older plan, we're abolishing overages for good. Period."

Corsair H105 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
PC Perspective has a short but sweet review of the Corsair H105 Extreme Performance liquid CPU cooler posted today that is certainly worth checking out.
Initially, the H105 might leave you scratching your head. It's listed on Corsair's site with the same $119.99 MSRP as the H100i, and both are 240mm designs featuring the same high performance fans. The similarities end there, however, as the design of the H105 is more akin to Corsair's new 120mm H75 than to the existing 240mm H100/H100i.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Smaller Than Borderlands 2?
According to the folks at CVG, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel will be smaller than Borderlands 2 but bigger than the original Borderlands.
"It's pretty big. I don't think it's going to be as big as Borderlands 2," Pitchford said. "It might be as big, or a little bigger, than Borderlands 1. It might be kind of in between the two."

Georgia Passes Law Giving $25M In Video Game Tax Breaks
It's a wonder more states don't do stuff like this to lure game studios into their area. Then again, after that whole 38 Studios mess, the video game industry is probably thrilled this is even happening at all.
Georgia state governor Nathan Deal signed a bill into law this morning that will provide $25 million in tax credits for video game developers in the region, according to a report published to the website of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Saltwater Over Graphene Generates Electricity
It slices, it dices, it's an amazing thermal conductor, it is bendable and now it generates electricity using saltwater. Is there anything graphene can't do?
Here, we show that a voltage of a few millivolts can be produced by moving a droplet of sea water or ionic solution over a strip of monolayer graphene under ambient conditions. Through experiments and density functional theory calculations, we find that a pseudocapacitor is formed at the droplet/graphene interface, which is driven forward by the moving droplet, charging and discharging at the front and rear of the droplet.
Here's a neat video of graphene slicing and dicing ice.
