Ford CEO Not Joining Microsoft
It's official, Ford's CEO will not be taking the helm at Microsoft as many speculated he would.
The CEO, who was rumored to be in the running to become Microsoft's next leader, told The Associated Press Tuesday that he won't leave the Dearborn, Mich., automaker before the end of 2014. "I would like to end the Microsoft speculation because I have no other plans to do anything other than serve Ford," Mulally said in an interview.

PlayStation Now Game-Streaming Service
So this new PlayStation Now service will allow you to stream PS3 games over the internet to your PS4? Sounds great until you realize you will have to have a fast enough connection to do it and you'll have to pay for games again that you already own. Also makes you wonder how fast you'd blow through your bandwidth cap using this? Okay, maybe this isn't sounding so great.
Sony's Gaikai-based video game streaming service, PlayStation Now, will stream PlayStation, PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3 games over the internet to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, as well as non-PlayStation devices, Sony executive Andrew House announced during the company's CES 2014 keynote today.

McAfee Is Now Intel Security
Honestly, it was only a matter of time before this happened.
Intel is distancing itself from the name of its top security product, McAfee, after years of having its name dragged through the mud thanks to the misadventures of its founder, John McAfee. Intel, which bought McAfee in 2010, will rebrand its subsidiary as Intel Security. But Intel will keep the logo we all know well -- that red shield that lives on many of our computers' toolbars.
