Street View Case Headed To Court Again
As much time as Google spends in court, they should have permanent offices in the courthouse.

It's good news, bad news for Google. A federal appeals court agrees to rehear the Street View case but also affirms its earlier ruling that tech giant violated wiretap laws when collecting data for Street View.

Report: NSA Intercepts Computer Deliveries
You know that computer you ordered for Christmas that ended up with a delayed delivery? This is the real reason why it was late.

Old-fashioned methods get a mention too. Der Spiegel said that if the NSA tracked a target ordering a new computer or other electronic accessories, TAO could tap its allies in the FBI and the CIA, intercept the hardware in transit, and take it to a secret workshop where it could be discretely fitted with espionage software before being sent on its way.

Top BitTorrent Searches of 2013
As much as we all like to say BitTorrent is simply a great way to get your favorite Linux distros, this list says otherwise. In fact, the entire list of top fifty searches of 2013 is nothing but pirated movies.

Topping the lists this year is YIFY, which refers to the popular movie release group. The group has millions of dedicated followers who use the 'YIFY' tag to find its recent releases. The movies World War Z and Iron Man 3 complete the top three. The top 10 contains three other movie title related searches: Man of Steel, Star Trek Into Darkness and Now You See Me. The search term 2013, often used to find recent movies, is listed in sixth place. Traditionally, TV-shows are much sought after on BitTorrent as well, and it's no different this year. Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones and Dexter made it into the top 10, followed by The Walking Dead and Suits further down the list.

Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme CPU Cooler
The Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme is on the test bench today at Hardware 360. You'll definitely want to read this review if you are in the market for an all-in-one, self-contained watercooling unit.

Aside from a few flaws the Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme is one hell of a self-contained water cooler. It offers all the performance equal to AiO coolers with larger 280mm radiators, but it has the ability to fit into any chassis that can accommodate dual 120mm fans in one area.
