SilverStone Temjin TJ04-E Evolution Case
The gang at OCIA have the SilverStone Temjin TJ04-E Evolution strapped to the test bench today for a little review action.

What might arguably be considered a Lian-Li PC6/7 lookalike, the SilverStone TJ04/E has a similar clean and understated appearance that is sure to appeal to a wide audience. Quite a lot has changed in the PC world in the last decade so one must wonder, has SilverStone's venerable Temjin case undergone a true evolution to keep pace?

Strip Club Sues Oracle Over $33k Unpaid Tab
Hang on, the company's CEO can buy whole islands but Oracle can't pay its tab for strippers?

According to the lawsuit, the employee used his Oracle-issued American Express card to charge $16,490 in unspecified "services" at the New Century Theater on Larkin Street during the wee hours of Oct. 2 during last year's Oracle OpenWorld fest. It must have been some party, because the employee returned two nights later and rang up another $17,050 in charges.

RIAA and MPAA Developed Anti-Piracy Curriculum for Elementary Schools
I'm not trying to mock the entertainment industry but have campaigns like this ever worked?

Listen up children: Cheating on your homework or cribbing notes from another student is bad, but not as bad as sharing a music track with a friend, or otherwise depriving the content-industry of its well-earned profits. That's one of the messages in a new-school curriculum being developed with the Motion Picture Association of America, the Recording Industry Association of America and the nation's top ISPs, in a pilot project to be tested in California elementary schools later this year.

LinkedIn Denies Breaking Into Customer E-Mail Accounts
Blake Lawit, Senior Director of Litigation at LinkedIn, has taken to the company blog to refute allegations of breaking into customer's e-mail accounts and other charges leveled against the company.

As you may have read recently, a class action lawsuit was filed against LinkedIn last week. The lawsuit alleges that we "break into" the email accounts of our members who choose to upload their email address books to LinkedIn. Quite simply, this is not true, and with so much misinformation out there, we wanted to clear up a few things for our members.

Selling GTA V To Parents Who Don't Give a Damn
I'll let you guys decide if this guy has a valid point or should mind his own damn business and just do his job.

Every week, new M-rated games are released. Some are more of an M than others. I have no problem letting my kids watch me play M-rated games like Halo, Skyrim, and Fable. Then there are the games like Duke Nukem, Saints Row, and Grand Theft Auto, which are the very reason I am writing this letter today. Last week my store sold over a thousand copies of GTA V, at least a hundred of which were sold to parents for children who could barely even see over my counter.

Steve Jobs' Early Home To Become Historical Site?
Really? I'll bet the neighbors are just thrilled about this. Then again, who knows? A $1.5M valuation for a small, outdated house could actually be a benefit to the property values of the houses around it.

The family home where a young Steve Jobs built the first Apple computer may soon become a protected historical site. The seven-member Los Altos Historical Commission has scheduled a "historic property evaluation" for the single-story, ranch-style house on Monday. If the designation is ultimately approved, then the house on 2066 Crist Drive in Los Altos, California, will have to be preserved.
