Google Pitches Online TV Service to Media Companies
If this story is true, who wants to bet the company rolls it out to one city at a time like they did with Google Fiber.

Google Inc. has approached media companies about licensing their content for an Internet TV service that would stream traditional TV programming, people familiar with the matter say. If the Web giant goes ahead with the idea, it would join several other companies planning to offer such "over-the-top" services, delivering cable TV-style packages of channels over broadband connections.

eBay Patenting "Fool Proof" Shipping?
Are we taking any bets on whether or not this patent application will be granted or not?

The seller must first determine the appropriate box size. Once the item has been packaged, the seller must choose among the different shipping choices available to the seller. The seller then needs to obtain the appropriate shipping label and fill it out with shipping information from the buyer. When the seller finally ships the package, the seller further needs to provide a tracking number to the buyer by copying the tracking number and emailing it to the buyer.

Microsoft Claims Constitutional Right to Reveal Data
I have a tip for Microsoft...just do it. Just release the info and face any "punishment" the government tries to hit you with. I'd rather have the public know the truth and face a fine than continue to let the rumors run rampant.

Microsoft says that information from users' emails, instant messages, and Skype calls are not made available to government agencies, contrary to previous reports. The company also claims that it refuses to grant government agencies the ability to break its encryption in order to access personal information. The computing giant believes it has a constitutional right to share with the public what information it allows government agencies to see, and the company is requesting Holder's help to speed along the process.
