Today, AMD kicks off 2013 with the launch of Richland, the successor of the Trinity APU. The company launched four mobile APUs with 35W TDP designed for performance notebook. Architecturally, Richland is identical to Trinity as both APUs are based on the Piledriver CPU cores and Southern Island GPU cores.
