For Windows 8, Microsoft has completely rewritten its license agreements, replacing legalese with plain language and for the first time allowing retail customers to legally install cheaper OEM versions.

Marissa Mayer Brings Another Googler To Yahoo
It looks as though Marissa Mayer has brought on another Google employee as Chief of Staff. Seems like a bit of an odd choice but, when it comes to Yahoo, anything is an improvement at this point.
Andrew Schulte, a former product marketing manager at Google, is joining Yahoo as Chief of Staff. Schulte joined Google in 2007 in its ad sales department from Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. In his latest role, he managed integrated Google+ marketing campaigns for entertainment and politics brands.

Possession of a stolen vehicle. Check. Hit and run. Check. Shooting guns randomly out the window of the car. Check. Filming it all so you can post it on YouTube and Facebook. Check. I think we should upgrade this guy to Stupid Criminal of the Week because this one is going to be hard to beat.
A Vancouver man randomly shot a gun through a neighborhood and then posted the disturbing video on YouTube and his Facebook page. Police said 23-year-old Ronnie Wynn is in jail after crashing a stolen car last month.
