Judge Cancels Apple-Google Phone Patent Trial
Can it be? Another high profile court case where common sense has prevailed? What\'s going on here?
A federal judge canceled a scheduled June 11 trial between Apple Inc and Google Inc\'s Motorola Mobility unit over patents related to mobile phones and tablet computers, and expects to dismiss the case because neither can prove damages.

Logitech To Cut 450 Jobs As Part of Restructuring
Another big tech company cutting hundreds of jobs.
Logitech International SA said Friday that it's cutting 450 jobs — including about 100 in the U.S. — as part of its restructuring. Company spokeswoman Nancy Morrison said the jobs to be eliminated, about 5 percent of the Logitech's workforce as of March 31, are scattered through various parts of the company.
