The Samsung Galaxy Note is a smartphone that has gone in the opposite
direction of the conventional modern technology. As we see technology
advancing, we see it getting smaller and smaller, the Samsung Galaxy
Note is the largest smartphone on the market, posing a huge 5.29-inch
display. The Galaxy Note is fitted with a super fast 1.4GHz dual-core
possessor and has a large battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Note may
not be the idea smartphone for the younger generation, but in a business
sense, it could be the smartphone of choice. Find out why...
As you can see from below, the specs for the Galaxy Note are very impressive. The reason for my mentioning of a business use for the smartphone, is due to it just being too large for most consumers. Most uses thought that the HTC Desire HD was a enormous handset, you would be in shock if you saw it against it. The Galaxy Note requires two hands to use it at all times. The phone also comes with a stylus pen for navigation, pinpoint precision and drawings features.
The Samsung Galaxy Note has not yet been updated with the new operating software (Ice Cream Sandwich) but we are hoping it will arrive soon, but for now, the user will have to be stuck with Android Gingerbread (2.3).
Let us sum up the specs for you. This spectacular “mini tablet” is sporting an 8 Mp camera on the back and a 2 Mp camera on the front which is great for HD pictures, weather you are viewing them on your computer screen, or right there on your Galaxy Note’s 5.29" WXGA HD sAMOLED screen offering a resolution of 800 x 1280. The Galaxy Note features 1080p video recording and an ARM cortex A9 Dual 1.4GHz processor, making every single aspect of the smartphone runs super fast and smoothly.
Important Note: In the US market the Samsung Galaxy Note now comes with a dual-core 1.5GHz snapdragon processor.
Let us continue and take a look at what this very thin, but large device looks like and what exactly it has to offer.
