Ltd., a leading manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, today announced to open the doors to its first Battlefield 3 online tournament for North America, inviting gamers of all levels to compete not only for rank of Champion, but to compete as a team! Gather your top mates and prepare for battle in Electronic Arts and DICE's competitive shooter, laying waste to your opponents for top rank, and top prizes.
Aside from being able to boast about being champions, the top winning teams will have a chance at both cash prizes and next generation hardware:
- 1st Prize: Eight GV-R797OC-3GD + $1600 USD
- 2nd Prize: Eight GV-R787OC-2GD + $800 USD
- 3rd Prize: Eight K8100 high performance keyboards and Eight M8600 high performance gaming mouse + $400 USD
Total prize value: $12,000!
Players and their teams will compete on various classic Battlefield 3 maps as well as Back to Karkand maps. But it won't be easy.
