Sony says hackers have stolen PSN accounts info
Following 5 days of downtime, Sony has finally confirmed the reason behind the PSN outage, sparking outrage from concerned gamers. Sony says hackers have stolen PSN account info between April 17th and 19th, forcing the company to shut down PSN and Qriocity as it rebuilds its services.

MSI prepares GX780 notebook with SteelSeries keyboard
MSI prepared a unique notebook tailored to gamers. Unlike the internally created keyboards on most notebooks, the 17.3-inch GX780 uses a special keyboard designed by game accessory maker SteelSeries. The layout is both more durable than most notebook keyboards but has had its keys optimized for gaming, such as enlarging the ALT and CTRL keys as well as moving the Windows key to the right to avoid accidental hits. The keys aren't just backlit but can tune them to different colors or behavior. A hardware gaming mode shortcut highlights just the WASD layout used by many first-person shooters as well as the CTRL key. As many as 10 keys can register input at once to let action and real-time strategy gamers work at full speed.

Android smartphones now most popular in America
Nielsen reports that the Android is now most wanted smartphone operating in America. In the period of July to September 2010, consumers looking for a new smartphone overwhelmingly wanted iOS, with 33 percent saying they would get an iPhone. 26 percent wanted an Android and 13 percent wanted a BlackBerry. That has changed, and for the period of January to March 2011, 31 percent would-be buyers said they wanted an Android phone, compared to 30 percent for iOS and only 11 percent for BlackBerry. The remaining were unsure or wanted Windows.
