MUKii TransImp MDMUKii's internal enclosure differs slightly from that offered by Vantec, with the MUKii TransImp MD utilizing in the smaller 3.5” bay, as apposed to the larger 5.25” bay of the Vantec. For those that may be willing to sacrifice one of the few 3.5” exterior bays, then this would be a fair exchange since the TransImp MD is a really nice looking enclosure and won't clash with the exterior of your case. Of course, that is completely besides being rather handy to those in need of data retrieval from a 2.5” hard drive.
