Cooler Master Readies the CM 690 II Advanced NVIDIA Edition Case
There is no denying that Cooler Master's CM 690 II is a popular case. In the past, Cooler Master always had a few NVIDIA-branded cases and now, the CM 690 II is getting that treatment. Cooler Master announced that the CM 690 II Advanced case will be getting an NVIDIA makeover and will be dubbed, you guessed it, the CM 690 II Advanced NVIDIA Edition. The NVIDIA edition has the same measurements as the regular CM 690 II Advanced, plus all the features like a SATA hard drive dock on top, water cooling holes on the rear, four external 5.25" bays, and six internal 3.5" bays. All the bays are tool-free so it should be real easy to install any number of optical and hard drives in it, plus there is still the 1.8" and 2.5" adapter included. The NVIDIA logo is affixed to the front of the case where the Cooler Master logo was, plus there is green piping running along the front and top of the case. There are three fans included in the case, a 140mm in the front and top while a 120mm is in the rear, plus you can fit three more fans in it. The left side panel has a custom window in the shape of part of the NVIDIA symbol with green tinted glass on it, plus the front 140mm fan is of the green LED variety.
The Cooler Master CM 690 II Advanced NVIDIA Edition case should be shipping soon for $110 or €110.
