Oracle Sues Google for Java Infringements in Android (NewsFactor)
NewsFactor - Oracle announced Thursday that it has sued Google for patent and copyright infringements relating to the use of Java in Google's open-source Android operating system. "In developing Android," Oracle said, "Google knowingly, directly and repeatedly infringed Oracle's Java-related intellectual property," adding that the lawsuit "seeks appropriate remedies."
