RIM to launch to launch 'BlackPad' tablet in November?
Rumors about an upcoming BlackBerry tablet continue to crop up. The latest tidbits of information come from a report published on Bloomberg News, which claims two people familiar with RIM's plans have confirmed the company plans to enter with touch screen tablet market this November with the 'Blackpad'. The hardware is said to sport a 9.7-inch screen, identical to the iPad's dimensions, and will come equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless technology.

Best Buy to offer Clearwire's WiMAX service in 2011
Earlier this month Best Buy announced it had struck a deal with Sprint to resell wireless phone and EV-DO service under the "Best Buy Connect" brand. Today, they are expanding upon their planned offerings through a wholesale deal with Clearwire that will allow them to rent space on the latter's WiMAX network and sell their own 4G services.

FCC approves Samsung SCH-R900, first LTE phone
The Federal Communications Commission has just approved what appears to be the very first Long Term Evolution (LTE) handset. The Samsung manufactured device, known as SCH-r900, supports 1700MHz/1900MHz bands for both LTE and EV-DO connectivity and is set to debut soon on MetroPCS' network.
