[Rumour] AMD to use 40nm TSMC Bulk for Fusion?
vr-zone.com - AMD's Llano APU might be locked and loaded for 32nm SOI at Globalfoundries, but the fabrication of Ontario - based on the Bobcat architecture - remains unconfirmed. Digitimes' sources claim AMD is planning to outsource manufacture of Fusion CPUs to TSMC's troubled 40nm bulk process.

Considering Ontario was being prepared for 40nm Bulk, it must be the Fusion part AMD is considering for TSMC's 40nm process.

HTC Sues Apple For Infringement of Patents
