Video games sales fell 26% in April, the fourth largest decline in a decade. Software was down 22% while hardware was hit the hardest, dropping a whopping 37%. A decision handed down by the FCC this week will allow content providers (namely cable and satellite companies) to selectively turn off the outputs on the back of cable boxes and other devices on a program-by-program basis and for a limited time.
