Blu-ray Gets a XL Size - 128GB storage

The Blu-ray standards have been upgraded as the Blu-ray Disc Association introduces 2 new standards. BDXL, that supports 128 GB or 100 GB capacities for write-once and rewritable options respectively for Blu-ray discs and also a new format.
