Nokia N900: A Completely Different N Series
Nokia has been using the Symbian OS on its best devices for years now. As time went by, Symbian kept improving as well, until the market was stormed by the new type of phones led by the iPhone. Nokia’s attempt to join the race began with the pretty much failed model 5800, which was based on Symbian OS s60v5. N97 followed and improved the overall impression significantly. When Google Android platform surfaced, the competition became much more serious all of a sudden, so Nokia had to opt for a completely new concept in the form of Maemo 5 OS, promoted by the model N900.

Western Digital produces its first SATA 6Gbps hard drive
Western Digital has rolled out its first consumer hard drive to feature a third-generation SATA 6Gbps interface in the form of a new 1TB Caviar Black. The 3.5 drive named WD1002FAEX makes use of a rotational speed of 7,200rpm and comes equipped with a 64MB cache - double the size of its SATA 3Gbps predecessor.

Garmin Asus release M10 with touchscreen
The Garmin-Asus M10, a full-touch, all-in-one smartphone powered by the latest version of Windows Mobile was released today. The M10 is expected to be available through carrier and retail channels in the first half of 2010. Benson Lin, Vice President and General Manager of ASUS' Personal Mobile Devices Business Unit, Handheld Business Group claimed that the Garmin-Asus M10 was the answer to people's need for work-life balance.

Opera Mini announced for iPhone
iPhone will be getting a brand new browser known as Opera Mini, adding to the over 140,000 apps in the App Store catalog. This makes for an interesting bit of news since Apple has yet to approve a third-party browser, so it looks like a nice challenge is on both Opera’s and Apple’s hands.

Mionix Naos 5000 Laser Gaming Mouse
Mionix is a relatively unknown brand among gamers, which is a shame since they sport a full line-up of interesting gaming peripherals.
