Microsoft: We have no plans to create a Zune phone
On Tuesday references to a "Zune Phone" were found in the latest software for the Zune HD. Neowin questioned Microsoft over the findings but a Microsoft spokesperson confirmed the company has "no plans to create a Zune phone."

AMD held a press conference in Singapore today, discussing the company's plans for 2010 into 2011. The chipmaker said it would focus on pushing its transition to 45nm fabrication tech for improved performance and power efficiency in desktop and notebook parts.

Nintendo turned down Project Natal technology in 2007
According to a CVG source, Nintendo turned down the device that became Microsoft's Project Natal. MP3 pioneers forge new format, MusicDNA
Some of the pioneers behind the MP3 format have introduced a new music file type that can include things like lyrics, videos, artwork, and blog posts. Called MusicDNA, the format was developed by Dagfinn Bach, who worked on the first MP3 player, and among the investors is Karlheinz Brandenburg, who is credited with inventing MP3.
